NEYYSA Team Racing 2025
Saturday 20 & Sunday 21 September 2025. Ripon Sailing Club.
We are really looking forward to holding this event again.
The Notice of Race & Sailing Instructions will be published here once they are available.

We are planning to host 21 teams. You can enter a team or NEYYSA can help you put a team together.
More information will be posted in early 2025.

We are anticipating there being on site Camping & the usual Saturday Fish & Chip Supper social and lots & lots of racing!

​Firefly Team Racing Practice Day
8 February 2025 (Ripon SC)

York Uni has kindly loaned us their fireflies so sailors planning to attend the NSSA DH team racing event or the ET event can get some much needed practice in sailing Fireflies which do take a bit of getting used to.
If you want to attend team racing events in Fireflies, please put this date in your diary. Information will be sent out shortly.

​NSSA Double Handed Team Racing Championships
22 & 23 March 2025 (Chew Valley SC)
We will be taking teams to this event. Information will be issued in the new year when it becomes available. You don't necessarily have to have a parent with you to attend this event.
Racing is 2 boat team racing in Fevas or Fireflies.

As noted above, we are planning a practice day in York Uni's Fireflies on Saturday 8 February 2025. If you want to attend the event, please put this date in your diary too.
​NSSA Single Handed Team Racing Championships
5 & 6 October 2025 (Upton Warren SC)
We will be taking teams to this event. Information will be issued in the new year when it becomes available. You don't necessarily have to have a parent with you to attend this event. This event is 3 boat team racing in Toppers.

Eric Twiname Double Handed Youth & Junior Team Racing Championships
Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 October 2025. (Oxford SC)
We will be ensuring as many North teams as possible are entered into this event. Information will be sent out once it is available in the new year. This event is either 2 boat Feva teams or 3 boat Firefly teams.
In 2024 we had over 35 North sailors at the event and we had an absolute blast of a weekend!
NB: Our experience of the ET event is that it is pretty "full on" and for a more mellow & supportive introduction to team-racing we really encourage new to team-racers to participate in our regional event & the NSSA events first to find their team-racing sea-legs!
